General Shipping Policy Overview

At Smartfishcam, we strive to provide fast, safe, and transparent global shipping services for all underwater fishing camera orders. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the official rules for order processing, shipping coverage, delivery timeframes, shipping fees, package protection, delay handling, and related regulations for all purchases made through our official website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms.

  1. Shipping Coverage & Service Areas

Smartfishcam provides worldwide shipping services covering most countries and regions across the globe. We support delivery to North America, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, and other mainstream cross-border regions. Certain remote areas or regions with special logistics restrictions may be temporarily unavailable for shipping due to local customs and transportation limitations.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and arranged for shipment within our official working days.

  • Standard Order Processing: Orders will be processed within 1–2 business daysafter successful payment verification.
  • Weekend & Holiday Arrangement: Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or special festival periods will be processed sequentially on the next working day.
  • Pre-order & Bulk Order: Pre-sale products and large-quantity bulk orders will follow the separate processing time stated on the product page or confirmed by our customer service.
  1. Estimated Delivery Time

The total delivery time consists of processing time + international transit time. The shipping duration varies according to the destination country and logistics method:

  • US / Canada / Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia / Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days
  • Other remote regions: 15–25 business days

Note: The above timeframes are estimated delivery times. Actual transit time may be affected by customs clearance, peak shipping seasons, weather conditions, and local logistics efficiency.

  1. Shipping Fee & Free Shipping Rule

We adopt transparent shipping fee rules and offer free shipping benefits for qualified orders:

  • Free Shipping: Orders that meet the minimum free-shipping threshold will enjoy standard free international shipping service.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders that do not meet the free shipping requirement, the system will automatically calculate the shipping fee based on product weight, package volume, and destination.
  • Express Upgrade Fee: Customers can choose express shipping service with an additional upgrade fee for faster delivery.
  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees formulated by the destination country’s policy.

  • Customs duties and local import taxes are borne by the buyer.
  • Fishcam is not responsible for customs clearance delays, duty charges, or package returns caused by the buyer’s refusal to pay taxes.
  • We can provide reasonable declared value according to customer requirements to assist with customs clearance (within legal scope).
  1. Shipping Address Modification Rules
  • Address modification is free of chargebefore the order is shipped out.
  • Once the package enters transit, address modification is not supported due to logistics system restrictions.
  • Incorrect address, incomplete postal code, or wrong recipient information provided by the buyer that causes delivery failure or return shall be borne by the customer.
  1. Shipment Delay & Stock Issues

In the following situations, order shipment may be delayed, and we will actively follow up and notify customers:

  • Temporary product stock shortage or inventory adjustment
  • Logistics suspension caused by peak seasons, weather, force majeure, or regional policy changes
  • Customs inspection and clearance delays

If the shipment is delayed for more than 10 working days due to our stock problem, customers can apply for free order cancellation and full refund.

  1. Lost & Damaged Package Policy
  • Lost Package: If the logistics status shows lost, undeliverable, or long-term no update confirmed by the logistics provider, we will arrange reshipment or full refund for customers free of charge.
  • Damaged Package: If the product is damaged during transportation, customers can provide unboxing photos/videos for verification. We offer free replacement or partial refund according to the damage situation.
  1. Unclaimed & Returned Packages

Packages returned due to customer reasons (unclaimed, refused to sign, wrong address, no one to receive) will not be eligible for free reshipment. Customers need to bear the return freight and reshipment cost if they still need the products.

  • Smartfishcam reserves the right to update the shipping rules, shipping fees, and service scope without prior notice.
  • All shipping disputes shall be subject to logistics tracking records and official judgment standards.
